• Schedule: Full-time hours weekly, but only around a 35 hour work week. Frequent early-out days when schedule finishes.

• Supervision Model: Fairly independent practice style with MD support available

Job Summary

Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a W2 direct-hire opportunity. This role involves providing high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of clinical settings while working as part of a collaborative and well-supported anesthesia team.

Requirements

• Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas
• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a CRNA preferred; new grads considered if applicable
• Proficiency in Regional, Orthopedic, Outpatient and General Anesthesia
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver anesthesia care across diverse patient populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
