● Job Title: CRNA – Direct Hire

● Annual Salary Range: $315,000

● Schedule: Full-time hours weekly, but only around a 35 hour work week. Frequent early-out days when schedule finishes.

● Supervision Model: Fairly independent practice style with MD support available

● Special Considerations: Efficient OR staff and predictable daily flow, which allows for a low-stress environment compared to large hospital systems

Job Summary

Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a W2 direct-hire opportunity. This role involves providing high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of clinical settings while working as part of a collaborative and well-supported anesthesia team. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Requirements

● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)

● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas

● Minimum of 1 years of experience as a CRNA preferred; new grads considered if applicable

● Proficiency in Regional, Orthopedic, Outpatient and General Anesthesia

● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver anesthesia care across diverse patient populations

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
