Job Description

Glenwood Medical Associates seeks a full-time Family Practice Physician to join our family of providers. As part of the physical therapy team, you’ll perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, designing and implementing a treatment plan of care tailored to each patient.

- Strong interpersonal and communications skills – including strong judgment, professionalism and the ability to think on your feet, while delivering excellent patient care.
- Open to flexible hours to meet patient needs.
- A desire to work in an independent Physician owned practice.
- Team player.
Requirements
Doctorate of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree, a minimum of a three-year accredited residency in family medicine, and state licensure.
- Board certification through the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM)
- Active DEA registration

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and design tailored treatment plans for patients. Provide high-quality family practice care within an independent physician-owned practice.
