Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Nurse Educator facilitates clinical education, professional development, and orientation programs to ensure high-quality patient care and safety. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based practices, develop policies, and provide ongoing clinical support to nursing staff.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Kentucky RN license and a BSN from an accredited nursing program. A minimum of three years of acute care experience in the designated specialty within the last five years is required.
