The pharmacist will provide comprehensive medication management and direct patient care within a multidisciplinary primary care team. They are responsible for optimizing medication therapy, developing clinical protocols, and educating both patients and staff on pharmaceutical care.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree or a Bachelor/Master of Pharmacy with 10 years of experience, along with completion of an ASHP-accredited residency or equivalent experience. A valid Nebraska pharmacy license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required.
