Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $97.29 - $105.57 per visit.

What You Will Need to Be Successful

• You have a Bachelor of Social Work or a Master of Social Work
• You are a registered member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers
• 1 to 2 years of community experience is an asset
• You are passionate, empathetic, use good judgement and apply critical thinking when making client decisions
• You are known for your excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team as well as work independently
• You have ability to travel within the Hawkesbury community as part of the CBI Health Home Health Services team
• Your bilingual language skills in English and French are a MUST have
