Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
The Speech-Language Pathologist will support the developmental needs of children aged birth to three, focusing heavily on communication development, conducting evaluations, and developing/implementing Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs). Responsibilities include serving as a Primary or Supporting Service Provider using coaching to ensure caregivers implement strategies, and overseeing data collection to monitor progress.
Requirements
Candidates must possess an MS or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology, hold ASHA certification, and be licensed by the Connecticut Department of Public Health. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proficiency in Microsoft applications are also required, with prior experience working with young children preferred.
