HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Glendale, AZ.
This is a full-time opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with children and collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals to help students develop their communication skills and reach their goals.

Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist, You Will
- Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy to students
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Provide services addressing speech, language, communication, and related skills
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Complete required documentation and maintain accurate student records
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and other related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals and recommendations
- Communicate effectively with students and families in both English and Spanish
- Support students in developing functional communication skills and greater independence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for Arizona licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred/required as applicable
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience working with children or in a school setting is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered therapy
- New graduates and experienced Speech-Language Pathologists are encouraged to apply.
