Respiratory Therapist for Vent Unit - Full-Time and PRN

Key Responsibilities

The respiratory therapist administers respiratory care services, including ventilator and tracheotomy management, in accordance with physician orders. They also collaborate with nursing staff to assess patient needs, perform diagnostic evaluations, and document progress per state and federal regulations.

Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Respiratory Program and hold a current RRT certification from the NBRC. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a skilled nursing, LTACH, or hospital setting is required, along with current CPR certification.
