Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. This position is ideal for a dedicated professional who is committed to improving the quality of life for patients through comprehensive physical therapy services.
Position Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with physical injuries or disabilities to enhance movement, alleviate pain, and regain functional independence.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient assessments.
- Deliver direct patient care focused on restoring strength, mobility, and overall function.
- Instruct patients and their families on home exercise regimes to support rehabilitation.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions and patient progress.
- Work collaboratively with rehabilitation teams and contribute to discharge planning.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Arizona.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings is preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to build rapport with patients.

Requirements
