Job Description
The Physical Therapist PRN is responsible for evaluating/assessing needs of referred patients and formulating treatment plans. Provides therapy services defined in treatment plans. Works cooperatively with physicians, case managers, and other members of the healthcare team. Maintains accurate documentation of therapy services in the medical record. May supervise physical therapy assistants, therapy techs, and students.

The Physical Therapist PRN evaluates and assesses the needs of referred patients, formulating necessary treatment plans and providing defined therapy services. They must also maintain accurate documentation and cooperate with physicians and other healthcare team members.
Requirements
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program, holding at least a Bachelor's Degree, and possess a current Louisiana State Physical Therapy License along with BLS Certification. No prior experience is explicitly required.
