The Physical Therapist will provide evaluation and treatment for patients with musculoskeletal conditions in an outpatient setting. They will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver specialized care including orthopedic, pelvic health, and lymphedema programs.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a BS, Master's, or Doctorate degree. An active or temporary Connecticut state license is required for the position.
