Pharmacist Director, Sterile Compounding | Pharmacist-in-Charge

This role is ideal for someone who brings both strong sterile and non-sterile compounding experience and the leadership ability to build structure, improve performance, and develop a high-performing pharmacy team.
Position Responsibilities
- Lead pharmacy operations and serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge
- Manage and mentor pharmacists, technicians, and lab leadership
- Improve workflows, systems, accountability, and efficiency
- Oversee staff training, scheduling, hiring, and performance
- Partner with senior leadership to support continued growth
- Maintain the pharmacy’s exceptional standards for quality and patient care
- Pharmacist in Charge/Licensed Pharmacist
- Extensive sterile and non-sterile compounding experience
- Proven operational and people leadership
- Experience implementing systems and process improvements
- Strong self-awareness, judgment, and communication skills
- A patient-first, team-focused leadership style

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Requires extensive experience in both sterile and non-sterile compounding along with proven operational and people leadership skills. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and a patient-first, team-focused leadership style.
