Role Overview
NorthStar is looking for an Anesthesiologist to join an awesome team at Mercy Anderson! Join a team of 6 general anesthesiologists where the Call and workload is split equitably amongst the team of 6 general anesthesiologists! $550k base, 11 weeks PTO! $75k sign-on bonus based on 3 yr commitment! Low volume OB covered by CRNA with MD as backup.
- Call is split 6 ways amongst the team of 6 Gen MDs
- Call is taken from home with post-call day off
- Open heart cases and open heart call covered by separate group of CV anesthesiologists
- Good variety of case type except for open hearts (separate service) and intracranial neurosurgery (no heads, no hearts)

Key Responsibilities
Provide general anesthesia services as part of a team of six anesthesiologists at Mercy Anderson Hospital. Manage a variety of case types while participating in an equitable call rotation.
Requirements
Must be a qualified Anesthesiologist capable of working in a general anesthesia team setting. The role requires participation in a shared call schedule and the ability to work in a hospital environment.
