Key Responsibilities

The therapist provides strengths-based mental health therapy, diagnostic evaluations, and case management to children ages birth to 8 and their families. They are responsible for formulating treatment plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a mental health field and be licensed in Ohio as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work with young children, and adherence to clinical documentation and compliance standards.
