Job Description

About the Role

Join UW Health as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Outpatient & Inpatient Surgical Oncology in United States. Work Schedule: 100% FTE, 4-10 hour shifts, Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:00 am and 4:00 pm. Hours may vary based on operational needs in the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care to surgical oncology patients with varying acuity and diagnoses, in both the inpa.

Requirements

  • If Nurse Practitioner: Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program.
  • If Physician Assistant: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program. Licenses and Certifications: Minimum –
  • If Nurse Practitioner: Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin AND active board certification as a NP in Adult; Adult/Gerontology Primary Care; Emergency; Family; Gerontology.
  • If Physician Assistant: Active PA license in State of Wisconsin AND active PA board certification. All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have:
