About the Opportunity
Gastro Health is seeking per-diem CRNAs to join our outpatient endoscopy centers in Seattle, Kirkland, and Edmonds, Washington. As a CRNA with Gastro Health, You Will
- Provide autonomous anesthesia care for endoscopic procedures in premier ASCs
- Work alongside experienced gastroenterologists, nurses, and dedicated support staff

- Compensation & Benefits: ABOVE AVERAGE ACROSS THE BOARD
- W2 Per Diem: $160/hour
- Shift guarantee (10 hours minimum per day)
- Malpractice coverage with tail
- 401(k) retirement plans
- Annual profit-sharing contribution to 401(k) (3% of annual salary)
- 1099 Independent Contractor: $170/hour
- Shift guarantee (10 hours minimum per day)
Candidate Requirements
- Master's or doctorate degree in nurse anesthesiology
- Current CRNA licensure and ACLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary care team
- Strong communication skills and excellent clinical judgment
- Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care

Provide autonomous anesthesia care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures within outpatient centers. Collaborate effectively with gastroenterologists, nurses, and support staff to ensure safe and efficient clinical workflows.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a master's or doctorate degree in nurse anesthesiology along with current CRNA licensure and ACLS certification. A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is preferred.
