Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will lead and supervise RBTs and BTs while developing evidence-based intervention plans and functional behavior assessments. They will also provide caregiver training and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. An active BCBA certification from the BACB is required for this role.
