Join Behavioral Innovations as a BCBA – $86.5K-$100.5K, $40K Retention Bonus in Missouri City, Texas, United States. (Missouri City, TX) For 25 years, Behavioral Innovations has been a trusted provider of compassionate ABA therapy.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $87,000 to $101,000 annually.
- Signing bonus: $10,000.

Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will focus on clinical quality, supervision, and programming while collaborating with families to deliver high-quality ABA therapy. They are responsible for maintaining clinical standards and providing mentorship to RBTs within a center-based environment.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and relevant state licensure. Strong analytical, clinical decision-making, and communication skills are required to ensure ethical and effective service delivery.
