Job Details: Job Location: Rocky Hill - Rocky Hill, CT, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $75000.00 - $85000.00Salary/year, Travel Percentage: None, Constellation is looking to add a School-Based Occupational Therapist to our team who will work collaboratively with the school team and other therapists to provide services to children including intervention in small group and individual sessions.
They will also provide documentation and reports at IEP meetings. Must have a Connecticut Occupational Therapist License and previous pediatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications
Qualifications: Connecticut State Licensed Occupational Therapist. Pediatric experience preferred. School-based experience preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills.

The Occupational Therapist will provide pediatric therapy services through individual and small group sessions within a school setting. They are responsible for conducting evaluations, documenting progress, and actively participating in IEP meetings.
Requirements
