What You'll Do

As a Therapist II, you'll provide comprehensive behavioral health services while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure individuals receive the support they need to achieve their goals. Day to day, you can expect to:

Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and utilize standardized tools to identify client needs, establish diagnoses when appropriate, and inform individualized treatment planning

Develop treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives in collaboration with individuals, families, and treatment team members

Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based interventions that address mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral disorders, and other emotional challenges

Monitor client progress, maintain consistent contact and follow-up, adjust treatment plans as needed, and coordinate referrals to additional resources and support services

Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and coordination with emergency resources when necessary to ensure client safety and continuity of care

Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with all payer, regulatory, licensing, accreditation, and organizational requirements

What to Expect

This role is ideal for licensed clinicians who are passionate about providing high-quality therapeutic services and helping individuals achieve meaningful change. You'll work closely with clients, families, schools, healthcare providers, and community resources to deliver comprehensive, person-centered care.

As a fully licensed clinician, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to clinical excellence while maintaining professional standards and supporting organizational goals. Depending on location and program needs, you may also participate in outreach activities, referral development, and care coordination efforts that support whole-person wellness.
