How you’ll contribute

A Therapist Who Excels in This Role

  • Assessing patients' psychosocial needs to understand their emotional, psychological, and social situations.
  • Developing treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Providing counseling and support to patients and families facing mental health challenges.
  • Connecting patients with community resources and services, such as support groups and housing assistance.
  • Advocating for patients' rights and ensuring they receive equitable care within the healthcare system.

What We’re Looking For

Applicants should have a current state LMSW, LCSW, LPC license and possess a Master’s degree from an accredited school. Additional requirements include:

  • Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
  • ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
  • One year of experience preferred
  • ASLS certification preferred

Rate Range: $32.19-$43.46 Hourly

Key Responsibilities

The therapist will assess patients' psychosocial needs and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans. They will also provide direct counseling and support to patients and families while connecting them with necessary community resources.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a Master's degree and possess a current state LMSW, LCSW, or LPC license. Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days, with ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire.
