Part-Time Opportunity
Meridian Health Partners is seeking Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) to join our Weekend Provider Program, delivering compassionate care in post-acute/skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Requirements
- Active Texas Medical License & DEA certification
- 3+ years of experience in acute care, clinics, or senior care settings
Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate medical care to seniors in post-acute, skilled nursing, and senior living communities. Deliver services as part of a weekend provider program across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
