Meridian Health Partners is seeking dedicated physicians to provide care in Assisted and Independent Living communities in the Dallas /Fort Worth Metro area.

Requirements
- Active Texas Medical License & DEA certification
- Board Certified
- Inpatient or Hospitalist experience welcomed

Provide medical care to patients within assisted and independent living communities. Collaborate with the clinical team to improve outcomes in post-acute, rehab, and memory care settings.
