Position Details
We’re seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN), with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week. The ideal candidate will be available to work weekly from 9 AM to 3 PM or 10 AM to 4 PM. Some evenings and weekends may be required, depending on scheduling needs.
Job Responsibilities Include
- Assisting in the hiring process
- Interview and orientation competency
- Supervision of Field Staff
- Client Assessments
- Educating and Coaching Caregiver Staff
- Supervisory Visits of Caregiver Staff and Clients
- Developing Individual Service Plans (ISP)
- Collaborating as a Team Player
Compensation
- $65,000 annually (based on a full-time equivalent)
- Bonus potential
- Pay is based on experience
Qualifications
MUST BE A LICENSED RN IN NEW JERSEY
