Job Description
We're hiring a Pediatric SLP to evaluate and treat children from toddlers through adolescents. You'll carry your own caseload, write individualized plans of care, and partner closely with families and our OT, PT, and ABA teams. Play-based sessions in our gym and therapy rooms are part of how we work.
The Role
Complete comprehensive speech-language evaluations using standardized assessments (e. g., CELF-5, PLS-5, GFTA-3) and clinical observation.
- Develop individualized, measurable goals and plans of care in partnership with families.
- Deliver evidence-based, play-based treatment for articulation, language, fluency, pragmatics, and AAC.
- Coach parents and caregivers with practical home strategies that carry progress beyond the session.
- Write timely, accurate daily notes, progress reports, and re-evaluations that meet payer and Texas regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with OT, PT, and ABA colleagues on shared clients and co-treat when it serves the child.
- Supervise SLPAs and Clinical Fellows, if interested and eligible.
- Meet a weekly productivity target that leaves protected time for documentation.
