Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will provide clinical oversight, supervision, and program direction for clients while mentoring behavior technicians. They are responsible for conducting parent training, analyzing behavioral data, and ensuring the implementation of assent-based, person-centered treatment plans.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree or higher and possess BCBA certification or be eligible to sit for the exam within three months. A minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is required.
