The BCBA will provide individualized in-home ABA services, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating family treatment sessions. They are responsible for monitoring client progress, maintaining detailed clinical records, and collaborating with caregivers and clinical directors.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in ABA or a related field and be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or LBA. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in a home setting is required.
