Our doctors have the clinical autonomy to diagnose, treatment plan, and provide care based on each patient's individual needs, while our teams handle the operational details that keep a successful practice moving.

You will be supported by dental hygienists, dental assistants, treatment coordinators, practice leadership, and access to an established network of dental specialists. We also provide marketing, patient flow, administrative support, continuing education, and clinical resources so you can spend more of your time focused on patient care.

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Oregon dental license or ability to obtain prior to start
