You provide the daily structure, safety, and support necessary for our clients to navigate the early stages of recovery. This role requires a unique balance of firm boundary-setting and genuine empathy.

Shift Availability We are looking for reliable team members to fill multiple shifts. First Shift: 8am-4pm Second Shift: 4pm-12am Third Shift: 12am-8am Available

Key

Responsibilities

Safety & Surveillance: Conduct regular facility walkthroughs and room checks to ensure a secure, drug-free environment. Clinical Documentation: Observe and record client behaviors in electronic health records (EHR) with accuracy and objectivity.

Case Support: Facilitate seamless admissions, discharges, and orientations for new residents. Crisis Management: Provide immediate de-escalation and crisis intervention using approved therapeutic techniques. Logistics & Support: Escort clients to off-site appointments; administer supervised toxicology screenings.

Qualifications

Core Competencies Professional Boundaries: Maintain a healthy, therapeutic rapport with clients while strictly adhering to ethical boundaries. Empathetic Accountability: Enforce program rules and protocols with consistency and patience. Peer Support Promotion: Encourage self-help concepts and peer-to-peer problem-solving. Discretion: Handle sensitive client information with absolute confidentiality (HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2).

Qualifications & Requirements Education

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for at least 5 years.
