DIRECTOR, RISK MANAGEMENT/FT - RN License Required - Behavioral Health

Key Responsibilities

The Director of Risk Management is responsible for identifying clinical risks, evaluating them, and coordinating corrective actions to improve patient safety. They also develop and monitor the facility's risk management program in accordance with UHS T.E.R.M. standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and a valid RN license. A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a psychiatric or related setting with knowledge of regulatory standards is required.
