Job Description
A Day in the Life
You will accurately administer appropriate evaluation tools based on diagnoses and age of each patient served. You will then develop a treatment plan for each patient that reflects results of the evaluation and makes recommendations for treatment.
Along with providing quality treatment to our patients, you will keep medical records up to date, complete and in accordance with department and hospital guidelines for patients served.
You will be part of a great team! You will work closely in department and interdepartmental efforts to improve process and clinical treatment.

Qualifications
What’s Required
- Graduate from an Occupational Therapy program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- Certification in Occupational Therapy (Current registration held by the National Board for Certification or eligibility for immediate registration)
- Registered State of Michigan Occupational Therapist

Key Responsibilities
You will administer evaluation tools to pediatric patients and develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical results. Additionally, you will maintain accurate medical records and participate in departmental efforts to improve clinical processes.
Licensure & Certifications
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold or be eligible for National Board certification. Registration as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Michigan is required.
