$155,000+ Annual Compensation | $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

The Opportunity
As a Dental Therapist with Gentle Dental, you’ll play an important role in expanding access to oral healthcare while working as part of a collaborative dental team.
We want our Dental Therapists to practice at the top of their licensure and use the full range of skills they’ve worked hard to develop. We’re committed to creating an environment where you can grow clinically, utilize your training, and make a meaningful impact on the patients and community you serve.
At our newer Klamath Falls practice, you’ll also have the opportunity to grow alongside the office, build lasting patient relationships, and help establish a strong presence in the community.
With both full-time and part-time opportunities available, we’re open to discussing a schedule that works for you and the needs of the practice.

Compensation
- $155,000+ annual compensation, depending on experience
- $15,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Dental Therapy program
- Current Oregon Dental Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure prior to employment
- Current CPR certification
- Passion for patient-centered care and expanding access to oral healthcare
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
