The Speech Language Pathologist will perform home visits to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for patients with speech, language, or swallowing difficulties. They will also develop and revise treatment plans while educating patients and families to promote health and independent living.
Candidates must hold a current Speech Language Pathologist license in Vermont and possess a certificate of clinical competence or be eligible for one. Prior home care experience is preferred, along with solid computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records.
