- Location: Arizona
- Setting: Remote / Telehealth
- Position: Full-Time
- Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We’re looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to support clients across Arizona through remote therapy. In this role, you’ll help individuals, couples, and families work through relationship challenges, family conflict, emotional stress, and life transitions with clear, thoughtful clinical care.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy for individuals, couples, and families
- Complete assessments and develop treatment plans
- Support clients with relationship, family, and emotional concerns
- Track progress and update care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Follow HIPAA, telehealth, and licensing standards
- Active Arizona LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable working through telehealth platforms
- 2 weeks PTO

Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Arizona LMFT license and a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting and proficiency with telehealth platforms are required.
