NorthStar is seeking an experienced cardiac CRNA at Mercy Hospital Joplin.

Total Compensation Ranges from $310K–$340K, Including
- Base salary: $240K
- CV stipend: $20K
- Incentives: $10K
- Call pay: $40K–$70K
- Additionally, a sign-on bonus: $90K!

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality cardiovascular anesthesia care as part of a specialized team at Mercy Hospital Joplin. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient and safe patient outcomes during surgical procedures.
Requirements
