Conduct monitoring visits in nursing facilities to assess resident health, safety, and welfare using pharmacy expertise. Evaluate drug therapies and facility systems while providing technical assistance and evidence-based training to staff.
Requires a current Texas Registered Pharmacist license in good standing and at least two years of pharmacy experience with adult or geriatric populations. Must possess a reliable motor vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance for extensive statewide travel.
