Job Description
- Telehealth Mental Health Counselor – LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC
- Salary: $100,000–$110,000
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality mental health care virtually to clients across Minnesota. As a licensed counselor, you’ll support individuals through life challenges, offering consistent care in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct secure teletherapy sessions.
- Create and monitor client care plans.
- Document sessions and ensure compliance with state guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues for coordinated care.
- Active Minnesota license: LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in clinical counseling.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable in a remote role.
- Consistent full-time hours with no weekend shifts.

Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Minnesota license as an LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC and possess a Master's degree in a relevant field. A minimum of 2 years of clinical counseling experience is required along with proficiency in remote technology.
