Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight of all behavioral health services, including substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health treatment.
- Work side-by-side with the Program Director to ensure alignment between clinical services and overall program operations.
- Supervise and provide clinical guidance to counselors, and other behavioral health staff.
- Review, approve, and monitor all client treatment plans to ensure they are individualized, measurable, and clinically appropriate.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
- Alaska Chemical Dependency Counselor II (CDC II) certification required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in behavioral health, case management, or clinical services.
- Experience in clinical supervision or leadership role preferred.
