Audit follow-up and corrective action: Communicate audit findings, identify trends, provide targeted coaching or education, monitor remediation, and support corrective action plans. Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to case-related questions

Program and workflow oversight: Support implementation and maintenance of case management programs, standard work, procedures, templates, reports, and quality-improvement activities. Identify workflow gaps and recommend practical solutions that improve consistency, efficiency, and member outcomes

Training and onboarding: Support orientation, mentoring, and ongoing education for new and existing staff, including documentation standards, care planning, member engagement, crisis resources, care transitions, and use of case management systems
