Key Responsibilities

The Inpatient Therapist provides therapeutic group and family treatment for patients with mental health and substance use disorders. They are responsible for coordinating treatment plans, conducting psychosocial assessments, and documenting clinical information in medical records.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in social work or a related mental health field and possess relevant professional licensure such as LCSW or LPCC. One to two years of mental health experience is required, along with the ability to perform crisis intervention and maintain patient confidentiality.
