Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive speech and language evaluations, treatment and related follow-up services, including discharge planning.
- Document patient assessments and pertinent information in a timely manner.
- Provide speech therapy, including selection, and use of assistive equipment.
- Collaborate with patient and other healthcare personnel, or outside agencies, regarding coordination of care.
Requirements
- Required 1 Year Home Health Experience
- Preferred Speech Pathologist (SPE)- State Licensing Board
- Required American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) -Required Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)- American Heart Association
- Required Driver's License
