  • Location: Madison, CT
  • Salary Range: $90,000–$105,000 | $350/Month Medical Stipend | Bonuses

If so, Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers in Madison, CT, is looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to be part of building a high-quality outpatient practice from day one.

This location serves patients from Madison and surrounding shoreline communities including Guilford, Clinton, Branford, Killingworth, Old Saybrook, Westbrook, and East Haven.

About the Role

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver high-quality outpatient care across orthopedic, neuro, balance, and vestibular conditions
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Contribute to building a positive, patient-first environment

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active Connecticut PT license (or ability to obtain)

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold or be eligible for an active Connecticut PT license. New graduates are welcome to apply, and strong communication and teamwork skills are required.
