We’re looking for caring, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Bilingual Behavior Therapists (BTs/RBTs) providing in-home services in the Baltimore area.

Position Details

• Pay: $20–$25 per hour
• Job Type: Part-Time
• Location: Baltimore City and surrounding areas
• Setting: Residential, in-home ABA therapy
• Language Requirement: Bilingual in Spanish and English

You don’t need previous ABA experience to begin your journey with us. We invest in your training and professional growth so you can build the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

• Paid 40-Hour RBT Training – Get paid while completing your required training.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes.
• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and accurately document session data.
• Help children develop communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members to support consistent care.
• Build positive, supportive relationships with children and their families.
• Participate in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, child development, or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong spoken communication skills.
• Reliable personal transportation; rideshare services are not accepted as a substitute.
• A genuine interest in working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Patience, empathy, professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to provide services in clients’ homes throughout the Baltimore area.
