Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will develop and monitor behavioral support plans while supervising Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure effective service delivery. They are also responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, training staff and caregivers, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field and possess a valid BCBA certification. At least three years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and experience in staff supervision are required.
