Job Details: Job Location: Green Bay - Green Bay, WI, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Join our team as a Rehab Director – Occupational Therapist Greenfield Rehab is seeking an experienced and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve as our Rehab Director and lead therapy services in our skilled nursing facility in Green Bay, WI The Rehabilitation Director is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and management of the rehabilitation department within a skilled nursing facility.

This role provides clinical and administrative oversight of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services while maintaining a high standard of patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

The Rehabilitation Director also functions as a licensed Occupational Therapist, providing direct patient care as needed. We are looking for leaders who: Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services. Strong clinical reasoning and patient identification skills.

Experience managing medical complexity and changing functional status. Comfortable collaborating with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams. Encourages collaboration, values others' contributions, and builds trust.

Qualifications Graduate from an accredited school with a bachelor's, master’s, or doctoral degree in occupational therapy. Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
