Physical Therapist (PT), After-School Pediatrics
Delaware | After-School Hours | Per Diem| Up to $85 per visit

We are currently seeking passionate Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide pediatric therapy during after-school hours. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT looking for a per diem schedule while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.

- What You’ll Do
As an After-School Pediatric PT, You Will
- Provide individualized physical therapy services to school-age children during after-school hours
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on each child's needs and goals
- Help children improve strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and functional skills
- Partner with parents, caregivers, and other members of the child’s care team
- Provide therapy in a supportive, child-centered environment
- Complete electronic documentation for each visit
- Communicate regularly with the clinical team regarding progress and ongoing needs
- What We’re Looking For
- Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Active Delaware PT license
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
- Experience working with school-age children is a plus
- Passion for helping children reach their goals
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while being supported by an experienced clinical team
- Availability during after-school hours

Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized physical therapy services to school-age children during after-school hours to improve their strength, mobility, and functional skills. Develop treatment plans, document visits, and collaborate with parents and the clinical team to support the child's progress.
Requirements
Must hold an active Physical Therapist license in Delaware. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required, and candidates must be available during after-school hours.
