The Opportunity

• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine physicians.
• Current CA state license is a plus.

• O’Connor Hospital – San Jose, California
• 358-bed facility.
• 22-bed open ICU.
• Annual volume of over 68,500 with a diverse patient mix.
• 14-16 encounters per day per hospitalist and 8-10 encounters per night per nocturnist.
• No procedures or vent management required; 27/4 in-house intensivist.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked.

In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
