Why Salem?
Oregon's capital offers a great balance of career opportunity, affordability, and access to everything that makes the Pacific Northwest such a desirable place to live.
Salem sits in the heart of the Willamette Valley, surrounded by Oregon wine country and within easy reach of hiking, waterfalls, mountains, and the Oregon Coast. Portland is also close enough for an easy day trip, while Salem offers a more relaxed pace and lower cost of living than many larger West Coast cities.
It's a great place to build a career, put down roots, and still have plenty to explore when you're away from the office.
