  • Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
  • Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.

Position Requirements

Degree in Area of Discipline

  • Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
  • Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills

Pay Range

USD $44.00 - USD $49.00 /Hr.

Key Responsibilities

Provide rehabilitative services to patients under medical orders and plan individualized treatment programs based on clinical findings. Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate care and deliver one-on-one treatment sessions to residents.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in physical therapy and possess a current physical therapy license in the state of practice. Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills are required along with computer proficiency.
