Job Description
Morlen Health is currently seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Adult Psychiatrist to join the mental health team at the Kaiser Mt. Scott medical office in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care.
This physician will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff, providing a mix of on-site and virtual care. The team uses a combination of face-to-face care and virtual modalities to provide evidence-based psychiatric treatment, including primary care consultations, crisis interventions, and medication consultation.
This is a hybrid position based in Portland, OR, with both on-site and virtual work responsibilities.

Your Total Rewards
The annual salary for this position is $291,330-$318,240. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as an applicant’s skills and qualifications, education and certifications, training, relevant clinical experience, market data, geographic location, internal equity, FTE, and other job-related factors.
In addition to base pay, Morlen Health offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; retirement benefits; paid time off; paid holidays; and other benefits and programs. - Base salary range: $271,800-$298,710
- Lifestyle Stipend: $19,530 annually
- New Hire Sign-on Bonus up to $50,000
- Student Loan Assistance Program: Up to $125,000
- Relocation Allowance available - up to $15,000
